Are you between 14 and 28 years old and familiar with using the Internet from a computer and a smartphone or tablet?

If so, you can help a team of researchers at the IWK Health Centre. They are testing an online program that is designed to help you to better self-manage your headaches.

It will take about an hour of your time at the IWK Heath Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. You will be asked to to use the website that they are building with a smartphone and computer. This test will help the researchers improve the website.
